Hello Flyers Families!

I was holding out until the last minute, but it looks like the rain made it here today!  Practice is cancelled for today.  Below are some great links to share with your swimmers.  There are lots of good underwater clips, which demonstrate great technique.  

I've watched these videos to make sure the content is appropriate.  Please feel free to watch these with your swimmers!  Make sure to point out swimmer's hand position, long reaches, and power in their kicks.
