Hello Flyers Families!

I just checked the forecast (weather link), and it looks like we'll have storms during practice hours.  Practice is cancelled for today.  

Yesterday we worked on Breaststroke.  Below are some videos that discuss the underwater pullout at start, an accelerating Breaststroke kick rate, and some great underwater analysis of an Olympian's technique..
